Acceptable use
You may use OneClickPDF to convert and edit documents you are entitled to process. You may not use it to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to distribute malware, to attack or overload the service, to circumvent access controls or usage limits, or to resell access without our agreement.
Your documents
You keep all rights in the documents you submit, and you are responsible for them. By submitting a document you confirm that you may lawfully process it and that doing so infringes no third-party right. You grant us only the limited permission needed to carry out the operation you requested.
Prohibited content and abuse
Content that is unlawful, that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, or that is used to harass or defraud, is not permitted. Automated abuse, rate-limit evasion and attempts to disrupt the service are not permitted.
Intellectual property
OneClickPDF is a document productivity platform developed by 13DevLab. Its original interface expression, branding, written content, visual assets, original workflows and other protectable proprietary product elements belong to the operator acting under the 13DevLab identity and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, republication, substantial imitation or commercial reuse of those elements, in whole or in substantial part, may be prohibited under applicable law. The operator acting under the 13DevLab identity may pursue appropriate remedies in France, across the European Union and internationally, where applicable law and jurisdiction permit.
This notice claims no exclusive right over third-party libraries, open-source components, public standards, generic ideas, generic PDF functionality, or any functionality or concept that cannot lawfully be monopolized.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and maintenance or incidents may interrupt it. Keep your own copy of any document that matters to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and under mandatory consumer protection law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where the law requires it, or where the security or availability of the service is at risk. You may stop using the service, and close your account, at any time.
Consumer protections and applicable law
French law applies. If you use the service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and it does not impose exclusive French jurisdiction on you.
