3Intellectual and Industrial Property

The entirety of OneClickPDF — including its software, source code, technical architectures, designs, graphical interfaces, and trademarks — is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights belonging exclusively to 13DevLab.

Any unauthorised exploitation of the service or its interface, for commercial purposes or reverse-engineering, will be subject to legal proceedings in accordance with applicable intellectual property law.

4B2B Liability Framework

While OneClickPDF strives to maintain an uptime rate above 99.9%, the service is provided “as is” for free-tier users.

No storage: In accordance with our privacy policy, OneClickPDF retains no copies of documents processed after the end of the user’s session.

Liability: 13DevLab shall not be liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the conversion tools.

5GDPR Compliance & Data Protection

OneClickPDF applies a strict Zero Data Retention policy. No document is analysed, sold, or used for advertising purposes. Processing is performed ephemerally in RAM.
