Who is responsible
The operator acting under the 13DevLab identity is the controller for the personal data described here. Privacy enquiries: contact@oneclickpdf.app.
What is processed, and why
Documents you submit are processed only to produce the file you asked for. Working copies are temporary and are deleted after processing; they are not used to train models and are not sold.
Account data covers your email address, an optional profile name, passkey credential metadata, sign-in code state and session identifiers, and is processed to operate your account and keep it secure.
Technical data such as IP address and user agent is processed for security, abuse prevention and service availability. Billing data is processed when you buy a paid product. Support data is limited to what you choose to send us. Audience measurement and advertising run only if you consent to them.
Legal bases
Performance of the service you requested covers document processing, accounts and billing. Our legitimate interest in a secure and available service covers security, abuse prevention and service integrity. Your consent covers audience measurement, advertising and any optional communication. A legal obligation covers records we are required to keep.
Who receives it
Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run OneClickPDF: hosting and infrastructure, transactional email, payment processing, and security and consent services. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
How long it is kept
Document working copies are kept only for the time needed to complete the operation. Account data is kept while the account exists and for the limited period afterwards required to close it properly. Security, billing and accounting records are kept for the period the applicable law requires. Consent records are kept for as long as the choice remains valid.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with the additional measures those clauses require.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing rests on consent you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before. Write to contact@oneclickpdf.app.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in France the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés.
