Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. Basic Web use requires no credit card. Paid checkout is currently disabled.
How are currency and billing shown?
Only the selected currency is shown. Pro is €6.99 billed monthly.
What counts as one conversion?
Each file a web tool processes successfully counts once. Failed conversions do not count. The Free plan includes 3 per week, starting again every Monday. API usage is counted separately.
Are paid plans active?
Not yet. Web Pro features already work, and payments will open soon.
How do API keys work?
Once signed in, open your account, then Advanced and Developer & API, to create a key. Each key only allows the actions you choose. API access is separate from Web Pro.
What happens when checkout opens?
Payments are not open yet. When they open, your plan is switched on as soon as Stripe confirms your payment.
Is my payment data safe?
Yes. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, we never see or store your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest standard in the industry.
