1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneClickPDF (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. OneClickPDF is a product of 13DevLab.

2Description of Service

OneClickPDF provides a web-based document conversion service that allows users to convert files to PDF format. The Service includes a free tier (Discovery plan) and paid subscription plans (Pro). Features and conversion limits vary by plan. See the Pricing page for current plan details.

3Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Upload or convert files containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures, rate limits, or access controls;
• Engage in automated bulk conversion beyond the limits of your subscription plan;
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written authorization;
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or any malicious code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

4User Content and Intellectual Property

All files you upload remain your property. OneClickPDF does not claim any ownership over the documents you convert. Files are processed in memory solely for the purpose of conversion and are deleted immediately afterwards — they are never stored, analyzed, or shared.

The OneClickPDF brand, interface design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of 13DevLab. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

5Accounts and Subscriptions

Creating a free account allows you to track usage and manage API keys. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your Dashboard. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe; OneClickPDF does not store your payment information.

6Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, infrastructure events, or force majeure may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to notify users of significant downtime via our website or social channels.

7No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. OneClickPDF does not warrant that conversion results will be error-free, pixel-perfect, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 13DevLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or €10 EUR, whichever is greater.

9Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable European Union law.

10Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or a notice on the site.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the applicable regulations of the European Union. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
